Frequently asked questions

What are today's planetary aspects?

They're the angles the planets make to each other in the current sky — conjunctions, sextiles, squares, trines and oppositions. Each colours the collective mood; the tighter the orb, the stronger it's felt.

What does the orb mean?

The orb is how far an aspect is from exact, in degrees. A 0–1° orb is powerful and precise; a wider orb is gentler. We list the day's aspects tightest-first.

Are these aspects about me personally?

These are sky-to-sky (transit-to-transit) aspects that affect everyone. To see how today's planets touch your own chart, cast your natal chart and read your personal transits.
